One Sydney Harbour is a residential skyscraper development complex, comprising 808 apartments in three towers—72, 68, and 29 floors, respectively. The project is designed with sustainable initiatives built into the residences to help achieve a 6 Star Green Star rating.

Vestamatic will have delivered (once completed) over 10 thousand smart SMI motors using BUSbar cabling and SMI control systems for the automated control of interior Tensioned Blinds and Roller Blinds. The combined motors, cabling, and controllers provide two-way communication with status feedback, parallel connection, precise control, and precise alignment for efficient and effective solar shading.

The building’s smart shading systems, equipped with future-proof IoT technology, will reduce installation cabling and connection points while providing long-term energy efficiency by reducing heat build-up and regulating interior climate conditions.
